What is EbD?
Not quite a trade show, not quite a workshop…EbD is a combination of information and skills teachers need. EbD provides real opportunities for teachers to improve classroom instruction.
EbD is sponsored by business and industry. Workshops and other activities are planned by business/industry. These events will be designed to provide real information useful in the classroom. There will be breakout sessions during the conference, as well as scheduled demonstrations and activities in the exhibit area.
EbD is the biggest networking event in Alabama. It is attended by:
- Secondary career technical teachers and administrators
- Postsecondary career technical teachers and administrators
- Private school instructors
- Apprentice trainers
- Business and industry trainers
This is the only conference to bring teachers and trainers from all these areas together in one place to learn and network together.
Workshops and breakout sessions are in the planning stages now. There will be something for every area, and an agenda will be available as soon as all commitments are finalized.
